Dashboard

Click the OrdersFlow icon in your Chrome toolbar to open the popup. You fill this in once, and the details are entered into your Aramex Store-to-Door shipments automatically. The setup video above walks through it too.

Licence key

Paste the key shown above. A green “Licence active” message confirms it is working.

Sender details

Your name, phone, email, and a default description of goods. These are the sender details that appear on every shipment, so you only enter them once.

Sender suburb & postal code

Type this exactly as it appears in the Aramex suburb search: the suburb name, then a space, then the postal code. For example, waterkloof 0555. Getting this format right is what lets the extension match the correct suburb.

Sender fill mode

Choose Extension fills sender to have OrdersFlow enter your sender details, or Aramex pre-fills sender if your Aramex account already fills them in for you.

Auto-select matching suburbs

Leave this on so the extension picks the matching suburb from the Aramex list for you.

Notify by Email / SMS

Whether Aramex sends the recipient tracking notifications for each shipment.

Text shortcuts (optional)

Create a short code that expands into longer text while you type, handy for descriptions you reuse often. Add as many as you like.

When you are done, click Save settings.
